Her first book helped thousands of third-party sellers get started on Amazon with tight resources using the FBA program and retail arbitrage. She writes a popular blog at http://onlinesalesstepbystep.com and consults with Amazon sellers on their business issues. In 2014, her clients started turning to her to help them get reinstated from being suspended or banned.

Based on her success and experience getting people back to selling, she launched her official Reinstatement services in February 2015. She was flooded with business. Lengthy, well-written book with actionble tips to keep your seller account clean

This lengthy, well-written book provided a lot more useful information that I initially expected. Although I have been selling awhile I learned some things I did not already know. I already knew the importance of feedback, A to Z claims and the customer metrics on the seller home page but there are reports mentioned in this book that I honestly was not aware. As most sellers know Amazon provides many many reports to analyze and understand your business. This book tells specifically which reports to focus on in order to heed off any potential problems with your performance. Honestly I wish Amazon was more forthcoming with metrics that just as important as the ones they typically ask us to focus on. The author also has many case studies that I could relate to as well. I will keep this next to my PC to remind me to keep my focus on things well beyond the typical customer metrics so I can continue to improve my customer experience as well as keeping my account clean.

Every serious Amazon seller needs to read this book

I think I may have been the first buyer of this book. If not first, I was very close to it. Before my review, though, to get details out of the way: I purposely paid full price for this book, as I wanted the review to be completely unbiased. It was well worth the money to me.

This is a book about how to get and maintain a clean Amazon selling account and how to avoid the problems that have been proliferating lately iwith Amazon's seeming zeal to suspend so many third-party sellers. Cynthia explains much of what goes on behind the scenes at Amazon and some of the reasons for the sudden surge of suspensions. She tells you WHERE to look to see what surprises your "clean"-looking account might hold. She gives good advice about 1) how to find the issues and 2) how to respond to them.

Although I am happy to say that my account has never been suspended, I know that even seemingly small issues that have occurred in the past could come back to haunt me, and to the end of preventing that unhappy day from ever happening, I am working on carefully implementing the strategies Cynthia espouses in this book.

This is a very readable book. The advice is not only down-to-earth, but it's also written in a way that lets you know she understands the problems you might be having. NEVER a "holier-than-thou" word is to be seen in this book. It's written in a way that the reader can easily feel like she is talking to a good friend, not taking instructions from upon high. No doubt the fact that Cynthia is also a third-party seller plays into this understanding attitude a good bit.

I definitely recommend this book for anyone who has an Amazon seller account and wants to keep it. At the very least, it could save your account from suspension and the horrible difficulty of regaining your selling privileges, once a suspension occurs.

Read it and heed it. You will be glad you did.

I purchased my copy of the book directly from Cynthia Stine; therefore this is not a Verified Review. She does a great job of explaining the ins and outs of staying out of trouble and what do do if you get into trouble with your Amazon Seller's Account. Her insights into the inner works of Amazon are chilling to say the least.

A disturbing and failed attempt at a difficult topic

A friend recommended this book after hearing a promotion for it on the radio. She said it was a useful way to broach the sensitive topic of molestation with your young ones. The book, however, is neither useful as a conversation tool with toddlers, nor is it well-written. This book will traumatize your children and unnecessarily demonize the men in their lives who could actually help them. You don't have to traumatize your children in order to protect them. Do not buy this book. Explain to your toddlers, boys and girls, that their privates are to be touched by no one, then parent your children as vehemently as any human being can.

The author really got it wrong here.

Tomatos are NOT in season!

Finally a book that makes it easy to talk about an extremely delicate subject to a very young girl. The illustrations are absolutely beautiful and the language can draw in a child. This should be in every early childhood school, every day care operation and every home where young girls reside. Protect our girls! Help them define appropriate boundaries. Forewarn, pre-arm and disseminate appropriate information.

A Courageous Tour de Force re child sexual molestation

This is a toughie!! From the point of view of an academic and counsellor there are all kinds of debates as to the wisdom of using a metaphor for the vagina when trying to teach your kids about this sadly rampant issue in Jamaica and the world. This comes from the gut though...and the reason I say so ....is the page on smell...no doubt about it...smell is the sense that most deeply embeds memory...I know that I use mine to detect whether there is a brigand lurking around in the dark...for a kid it's no different... a brave effort...out of the closet in fabulous colour...as always with this kind of book...you do not just let the child read it...you sit with him/her and explain everything in detail in an age appropriate way and this book is then stored in a special place not just left about ...I can see the disquiet of the the 'one star reviewer'...there are pictures of the classic 'dark man' of the universal human psyche...but that's what it is...I know this 'man' well in my own dreams. And a suggestion - It might be helpful in the next edition to shade in the illustration to a couple of tones darker around the little cartoon limbs when they are superimposed over the body of the tomato to give it higher definition re what is 'limb' and what is 'trunk'.
Whew, something has come up from the sewar here, been put in the light and conceptualised in such friendly colour that it took a special mind to do this...& Rorie can illustrate boy!!!! If this book does nothing else it blesses by stirring what is persistently shoved under the carpet in a disgraceful way at all levels of society, in all cultures around the world...

About the Author
Archibald Gracie was an American writer and historian. He died in December 1912, as the proofs for his book about the Titanic were being worked on. He has provided us with the best first-hand account of the sinking. Campbell McCutcheon has had a life-long interest in the Olympic-class vessels and naval shipping. He has written extensively on the subject along with some Military History and Bradshaw’s Railway titles for Amberley. He lives in Gloucestershire, but he was born within sight and sound of the water and has been interested in ships from a young age.

Survival stories of the Titanic

I wanted an eyewitness view of the final hours of the Titanic. The court documents provide eyewitness statements and brought home the horrors of this tragedy. Human error. Gallantry in the most extreme plight. Death with honor. Sadly in today's culture the expectation of placing women and children first may be a thing of the past. It would be a shocking spectacle to behold if the Titanic sunk in today's environment.

Surviving Titanic: a personal memoir

For readers familiar with the Titanic's foundering, Col. Gracie's very personal account of his near-drowning and survival complements other memoir and reporting accounts of this drama. He draws much on the American and English courts of Inquiry reports and personal correspondence with other survivors. He presents specific lists by name and lifeboat identity of those rescued by the S.S. Carparthia at daylight. It is not a "stand alone" source of information about the tragedy such as Lord's "A Night to Remember," but Gracie captures the color and vivid memories of the unforgettable experiences shared within the fellowship of Titanic's survivors.
